Aire de Venus

Aire de Venus is a business dedicated to personal care products with two stores, one in Barcelona and another in Menorca. They work with prestigious French brands like Durance, Lampe Berger, Marius Fabre and Esteban Paris.

When they approached us at Jungle Communications, their digital communication wasn’t effective and they wanted to increase sales via their website.

PLAN OF ACTION

The main objective was to improve online sales. To achieve this, we designed a digital communication strategy focussing on creating and consolidating a strong digital brand.

First we developed a brand manual to provide guidelines. Then we designed a logo and brand strategy to transmit Aire de Venus’s values and identity.

We improved website usability and content so that it would be more attractive and better positioned in search results. This included content marketing tied to the established guidelines.

We also managed social media, choosing to publish high-value informative content about Aire de Venus’s handmade products to add value and make the brand interesting for users.

Additionally, we integrated Facebook Shopping so users could access products directly. On the offline side, we managed photo-sessions for product visuals and designed offline media following the brand guidelines.

EVERLASTING RESULTS

As a result, Aire de Venus has grown its social media community and their website now regularly generates sales.

Website optimisation and adapting the digital business led to a very significant increase in online revenue, which is a very important resource today for small businesses.
