Motos Balart is one of the most established official motorcycle dealers in Catalonia, with over 70 years of history and a strong technical reputation across brands such as Vespa, Piaggio, Aprilia and Moto Guzzi.
Despite its leadership in the sector, the company did not have a dedicated marketing department capable of coordinating all digital touchpoints with the consistency, strategy and pace required by a modern brand.
The challenge was not visibility alone, but structure: aligning brand, content, media and sales into a single, well-managed digital ecosystem that truly reflected the value of the people, experience and technical excellence behind Motos Balart.


Jungle Communications assumed full responsibility for the project’s digital management, operating as an integrated marketing department.
We led the ongoing maintenance and optimisation of the website, while activating and restructuring social media around a clear digital strategy focused on storytelling and brand truth. Through immersive video content, interviews and behind-the-scenes narratives, we placed the spotlight on the team, the spaces and the know-how that differentiate Motos Balart from any other dealership.
In parallel, we managed all paid media activity across Social Ads and Google Ads, designing high-performance conversion campaigns that adapt continuously to the different brands and promotions within the group. To close the loop, we also structured the digital sales process by training and supporting an internal lead manager, ensuring every opportunity generated online was properly handled and converted.
