QOL22 is a real estate developer with a solid track record and more than 30 years of experience building homes. Despite its strong offline positioning, the brand had never invested in digital advertising on social media and wanted to explore its potential as a lead generation channel for property sales.
Jungle Communications was brought in to design and test a first digital acquisition strategy focused on attracting qualified users interested in visiting the properties and taking the next step towards purchase.


We designed and launched QOL22’s first paid social media campaign, focused on lead generation for a specific residential promotion. The strategy was built to guide users from social platforms to a dedicated landing page designed exclusively for this campaign.
To maximise performance, we developed three different versions of the landing page, allowing for A/B testing and optimisation of messaging, structure and conversion elements. The entire ecosystem — ads, messaging and landing pages — was aligned to capture high-intent leads and facilitate direct contact with the sales team.
The project marked QOL22’s entry into digital advertising as a performance-driven channel. Through a structured social media campaign and a conversion-focused landing page system, the brand was able to validate digital investment as an effective tool for generating interest and qualified leads, laying the foundation for future scalable digital strategies.
