Massandor is a real estate agency located in La Massana, in Andorra. The brand contacted us in search of social network management that would add value to its communication and help increase leads.

PLAN OF ACTION

Massandor owns a large number of properties and plots of land in Andorra, a fascinating country in which to live and invest in the sector. Starting from this premise, the main objective of our digital communication was to show the product and all its qualities as a good opportunity for investors and individuals.

To do this, we developed a marketing strategy that would serve as a roadmap to grow the brand and give it a greater presence and notoriety in the country through its social networks. We worked with Facebook and Instagram and defined a structure, tone, and visual aesthetic for all the publications to strengthen the brand concept and give it added value.

Regarding the contents, several lines of communication were defined. The most important part, naturally, was the communication of the brand’s references, but this type of publication alternated with others that aimed to give value to the concept of “living in Andorra,” as well as tips and advice to give even more value to communication.

The obtaining and use of photographs of the properties were also structured and organised for more efficient management of graphic material.

EVERLASTING RESULTS

The management allowed Massandor to grow not only at the digital community level but also to get more leads through social networks, one of the key objectives.
