Legend Lleida

INSIGHT

Legend is a pub in Lleida that opened in 2004. Since then, it has been a benchmark in leisure in the city thanks to its live performances and its collective salsa classes, among other things. With a very loyal community of customers, the brand came to us looking for a dynamization of its content on social networks to grow the Legend family.

PLAN OF ACTION

The project came at a peculiar moment since we began the management in full confinement. In this context, with the business closed but with activity on the networks being more important than ever, we rushed to study the brand and look for types of content that were viable and could work in the short, medium, and long term.

Based on the analysis of Legend, its relationship with the public, and its activity on social networks, we were able to develop a communication strategy that would allow us not only to be close to the public during confinement but also to build a brand image that would establish and strengthen a bond with the public.

From here, the contents were planned using the available photographic material and important information obtained from the workers and customers of the Legend. In this sense, one of the main objectives of communication was to encourage interaction so that there was a direct relationship between users and the brand.

On the other hand, a web page was designed with a structure, aesthetics, and content adapted to the brand to increase its digital presence and improve its brand image.

EVERLASTING RESULTS

Legend achieved growth in its digital community despite being closed during the first months of management. The contents penetrated the public, and a very important link was established between the brand and the public, which helped their loyalty during difficult times due to the health crisis.
