Restaurant Neoparc

INSIGHT

Neoparc is a brasserie restaurant specialising in rice dishes and Mediterranean cuisine located in Lleida. The brand turned to Jungle Communications to improve its digital communication through social networks.

PLAN OF ACTION

The first step in Neoparc’s digital communication management was to analyse what was behind the brand. Finding out what the true identity of the restaurant was—its specialties, possibilities, strengths, and potentialities—was essential to guiding communication through its social networks. Once we have achieved good brand awareness, we develop a communication strategy that will help us establish a communication style and tone.

With the brand study and marketing strategy done, we sent a photographer out periodically to provide us with quality images to work with, a fundamental aspect of publicising the restaurant’s dishes, spaces, and workers with the highest possible quality.

We then started planning content based on needs and streamlined brand communication with raffles and various types of posts on Facebook and Instagram, including stories.

EVERLASTING RESULTS

In a short time, Neoparc was able to expand its digital community and achieve very positive engagement figures, successfully connecting the public with the brand and boosting its digital image.
