The most important thing when creating and implementing a digital communication strategy for Estatic Store was to give the brand more presence to reach a large number of people and, in turn, give it a greater dimension. To achieve this, social networks are an indispensable tool since they allow a constant flow of messages to build a strong identity. To improve the positioning of the brand, a content marketing strategy based on acquisition was developed, and several campaigns were launched in search engines and on social networks to increase the brand’s presence. It also implemented an email marketing strategy to increase conversions through newsletters, and the content of the website was energised with a blog on decoration, furniture, and interior design.
